Write In Louisa (WIL) is a writers group designed for writers ages 18+ with any level of experience, from any background. The group is meeting in the Louisa Arts Center Purcell Gallery on the first Wednesday of each month at 2pm. Suggested donation per meeting is $5 + associated fees. All donations support Louisa Arts Center, a nonprofit providing opportunities for the community to explore and enjoy the arts.
A New Initiative: Scholarship Fund for High School Seniors
To build on this legacy of support and expand our impact, we’re raising funds to create a new Scholarship Fund for High School Seniors. This scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior from Louisa County who plans to study the arts in college or another post-secondary education setting. Any creative discipline will qualify, whether in visual arts, performing arts, music, theater, or another area of arts study. We believe that providing financial support to young artists will not only help them pursue their educational goals but also ensure the continuation of creativity and innovation in our community for generations to come.
LaVahn and Mary Frances Hoh Scholarship Fund
This fund ensures each and every child has the opportunity to attend any of our youth programs, classes, events, and summer camps with their friends. We want all children to have an equal opportunity to participate, regardless of their family's financial situation.

Legacy Brick Sponsor
Legacy Bricks make up the fabric of our terrace just outside the Louisa Arts Center. This terrace is the location of many of our events and programs, including Music & Wine events throughout the summer. When you sponsor a Legacy Brick, you will put a lasting mark on our Center.
